I'm Back To School!

The school holidays have finished and now I'm back at school! In the holidays I spent most of my time in my room just watching YouTube while doodling. My favourite days were the 14th and 15th, when I went over to Jessica's house. We ate her cheesecake which was half cookies and cream and the other half was chocolate. This term, for writing I would like to try and make my ideas stronger and a lot more interesting than they are now.

Where I'd Go

After watching the video, Auckland - City Video Guide, the five places I would go to are,

• Elliot Stables

• Rainbows End

• Waitakere Ranges

• Auckland War Memorial

• Auckland Domain

I would start off with the Elliot Stables because it is said to be a wonderful place to get some breakfast. I would save Rainbows End for last because it is filled with a lot of thrilling rides. Having extremely exciting things for last make the day seem a lot more fun. 

Facts That Have Caught My Eye!

I am currently on school break and I have decided to participate in the Winter Learning Journey! For the first activity we have to visit this website and read some facts about New Zealanders. We then have to share three facts that we read about and put them in our own words.

1) As of right now, there are 4. 4 million people living in New Zealand and 69% are of European descent.

2) Three quarters of the population live in the North island.

3) Us New Zealanders love the outdoors and the water!
