After watching the video, Auckland - City Video Guide, the five places I would go to are,
- Elliot Stables
- Rainbows End
- Waitakere Ranges
- Auckland War Memorial
- Auckland Domain
I would start off with the Elliot Stables because it is said to be a wonderful place to get some breakfast. I would save Rainbows End for last because it is filled with a lot of thrilling rides. Having extremely exciting things for last make the day seem a lot more fun.

I really like your thinking! It is a great idea to start your day off with some nice food and end it with some excitement. I have never been to Rainbow's End but I have heard that it's pretty amazing.
Have you been? If so, which of the rides did you like the most? I know that Aronui will want me to take him to Rainbow's End one of these days but I'm pretty nervous about going. I'm not great with heights so I will be so scared if he wants me to go on the roller coasters with him. Yikes!
I hope that you are having a good day and staying out of the cold, wet rain. The weather is pretty wild, isn't it? It is not a good day to do any sightseeing in Auckland, that is for sure!
