Is Breakfast The Most Important Meal?

A lot of people have been saying how breakfast is important because they'll end up healthier than the ones that don't eat breakfast, they will also be in a better mood and have a lot of energy. The others that disagree (which is surprising) think that people eat too much at breakfast time so they gain weight and become unhealthy. I agree that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.


My reasons, becuase it wakes up our brain, it gets it thinking. Secondly, we need it for the energy and a better attitude. We need energy to get through the day and have a happy mood! Lastly, it helps us remember. If we skip breakfast, then we're getting closer to forgetting things.
I think breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Wow, the fruit that you have included in your picture looks delicious! I see that you've also included a picture of your favourite breakfast cereal (i.e. Fruity Rings) and a picture of a smoothie. Smoothies are my son's favourite breakfast treat. He makes a banana, peach, kiwifruit smoothie as often as he can.

Have you ever tried a banana, peach, kiwifruit smoothie? I can highly recommend it. It's amazing!

I hope that you've had a number of amazing breakfasts this summer, Riiana. Enjoy the last few days of your holiday before school starts again. I'll look forward to seeing you when I come into Ruapotaka to hand out certificates and prizes early in Term 1 of this year!
